About

This online yoga program offers a unique opportunity for women to engage with their bodies in a nurturing way, fostering both physical strength and emotional resilience. By aligning yoga practices with the menstrual cycle, participants are empowered to take charge of their health and well-being in a compassionate, informed manner. This is a beginner yoga series, there are 4 classes, each class has variations throughout the class and is designed to be repeated several times that week at least 3 days but if you can do more, even better. The last class is for your mensuration week, every women is different and will feel different on this week, for me I never have the same energy levels this week but I hate completely missing my matt sessions, so this class has been created to move a little slower focusing a little more on mobility with a breath mediation at end to help boost your energy levels. These classes are for you to keep for a lifetime, feel free to repeat through again. This program is the perfect building block for someone just getting back into fitness or new to yoga as we build on our foundation, its so important to be able to have strength and stability in our own bodies to be able to sit still in the saddle and have the ability to give clear aids.
